1. No Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for any purchases.

• Please double-check your size, style, and product selection before placing your order.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

• The item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product is the same value or higher than the original purchase (any difference in price must be paid by the customer).

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Worn or damaged items.

• Products missing original packaging, tags, or authenticity materials.

• Digital products, gift cards, or promotional items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• All items are inspected before shipment, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours at worldofsneakerbeast@gmail.com with clear photos.

• If approved, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item or an item of equal value.

5. Exchange Process

• Email your exchange request to worldofsneakerbeast@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

• Once approved, ship the product back to us at the address provided.

• Upon inspection and approval, we will ship your replacement item.

6. Final Sale Items

• Certain limited-edition or consignment pieces may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange. This will be clearly stated at checkout.
